Question 1

Which Lumivault device is right for me?

Accepted Answer

Choose an infrared sauna blanket if you want a warm, unhurried heat ritual at home. Choose a red-light panel for short full-torso sessions, or a red-light wand for a targeted area and easier travel. Choose the full-size PEMF mat for a broader home setup with six programs, or the travel PEMF mat if you want a smaller footprint, three programs, and a carry sleeve.

Question 2

How do I choose between the infrared blankets?

Accepted Answer

The CryoSauna Low-EMF Cocoon publishes a third-party reading under 2 milligauss and is sized for adults up to 6 feet 1 inch. The Lumivault Pro heats to 158°F in about nine minutes, fits users up to 6 feet 3 inches, and adds independent shoulder and foot zones. Both are fold-flat blankets with a two-year core or body warranty; the Cocoon heating element is covered for three years and the Pro element for five years.

Question 3

Should I choose a red-light panel or a wand?

Accepted Answer

The NovaLux Mini panel is the better fit for a repeatable 10- to 20-minute session across a larger area; it includes a tabletop stand, door hook, and magnetic plate. The NovaLux Pro wand is for smaller areas such as a joint or tendon and runs five- or ten-minute timers. Both use 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light.

Question 4

What is the difference between the full-size and travel PEMF mats?

Accepted Answer

The Rhythm Full-Length mat has six presets from 10 to 30 minutes, a crystal layer, and broader coverage for a bed, yoga mat, or floor. The Rhythm Travel mat folds to 24 by 16 by 4 inches, has three presets, omits the crystal layer, and includes a felt sleeve and USB-C travel adapter. Both include a far-infrared layer and should not be used by people with implanted electronic devices.

Question 5

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. US standard ground shipping is free and usually arrives in 3–5 business days from our Pennsylvania warehouse. Expedited and priority options are available at checkout. International orders ship with tracking in 7–14 business days; customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Question 6

Can I change my order, or what happens if a package is damaged or lost?

Accepted Answer

Email lumivault-3@polsia.app within one hour of placing your order if you need to change the shipping address. After that, the order is locked to the address confirmed at checkout. For a damaged package, contact us within seven days with a photo and we will replace the device. Lost-in-transit packages are replaced after the carrier confirms the loss.

Question 7

What is your return policy, and when will I receive my refund?

Accepted Answer

You may return a device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For US orders, we provide a prepaid return label and refund the original outbound shipping. Email lumivault-3@polsia.app with your order number and “return”; we will send the label within one business day. Refunds post to the original payment method within five business days after we receive the return.

Question 8

Are opened consumables eligible for return?

Accepted Answer

No. Opened consumables, including drops and replacement filters, are final sale. If a consumable arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace it free of charge.

Question 9

What does each device warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

Coverage is against defects in materials and workmanship from delivery. Blanket bodies, controllers, and wiring are covered for two years; the CryoSauna element for three years and the Lumivault Pro element for five. The NovaLux Mini panel has three years of coverage, the NovaLux Pro wand two years, and applicable rechargeable batteries one year. The full-size PEMF mat covers coils for three years and its far-infrared layer for two; the travel mat covers coils for two years and its far-infrared layer for one.

Question 10

How do I make a warranty claim?

Accepted Answer

Submit the issue through /contact with your order number, a clear photo, and, when relevant, the product label or serial number. The warranty desk will confirm the applicable coverage and next step. Commercial use—including a clinic, studio, gym, rental, or other business setting—plus cosmetic wear, unauthorized modifications, and non-approved accessories are excluded.

Question 11

How should I set up a safe first session?

Accepted Answer

Follow the product instructions, use the device on a stable surface with clear ventilation, and start below the maximum setting while you learn how your body responds. For an infrared blanket, start with 25 minutes on the 90-minute slow-ramp program and move toward longer sessions only after several comfortable uses. Stop if you feel unwell, stay hydrated, and ask a qualified clinician about any personal health concerns.

Question 12

Do I need eye protection for red-light sessions?

Accepted Answer

The 660nm light is bright and the 850nm light is invisible. Use the device at its published distance and follow the product instructions; many people prefer to close their eyes, and you may use suitable eye protection if that feels more comfortable. Do not stare directly into the LEDs, and ask a qualified eye-care professional about any personal sensitivity or condition.

Question 13

Can I use a PEMF mat with a pacemaker or implant?

Accepted Answer

No. PEMF mats are contraindicated for people with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices. Speak with your physician before use if you have any implant. Lumivault products are wellness devices, not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

Question 14

Who is eligible for wholesale, and what are the volume bands?

Accepted Answer

Volume pricing starts at 5 units for 10% off, 25 units for 18% off, and 50 units for 25% off. Final terms and product mix are confirmed with an account lead.
