This policy explains what information Lumivault collects when you visit getlumivault.com, place an order, or create an account, and what we do with it. We keep the answer short, because we also try to keep the catalog short.
What we collect
- Order details — what you bought, the shipping address, the last four digits of the payment method, and the receipt. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Account details — your email address, name, and order history, if you choose to create a Lumivault account.
- Customer support — the messages you send us by email or through a contact form, and the replies we send back.
- Basic site analytics — page views, referrer, device type, and approximate region, used to understand which products are working and which ones are not.
How we use your information
We use the information above to process and ship your order, reply to support requests, prevent fraud, and improve the catalog over time. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not rent our mailing list.
If you create an account or place an order, we send order-related emails — receipt, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and the occasional product update from our team. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Quiet inbox is part of the brand.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand which pages are most useful. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; doing so will sign you out and reset site preferences.
Your rights
