By using getlumivault.com or placing an order with Lumivault, you agree to the terms below. They are written to be read, not just to satisfy a lawyer.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a price was listed in error, if inventory is unavailable, or if the order appears to be placed by a reseller. We will notify you before cancellation whenever possible and refund any payment already taken.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping and delivery

Our current shipping windows, rates, and eligible countries are described in the shipping policy. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from this site pass to you when the carrier hands the package over to you.

Returns

New, unopened devices can be returned within 30 days of delivery under the terms outlined in the returns policy. Opened consumables are final sale.

Warranty

Every Lumivault device is covered against manufacturing defects for two years from delivery. Battery components are covered for one year. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal cosmetic wear.

Use of the site

You agree to use getlumivault.com only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at a rate that interferes with other shoppers, or impersonate Lumivault or any of its team. We may suspend access for any account that violates these terms.

Health and safety disclaimer

Products sold on this site are general wellness devices, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, use a pacemaker or implanted device, or have any other health concern.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumivault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or a product purchased from it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
